John的表妹很感興趣所以我請John
幫忙翻譯成英文食譜
我沒用筷子攪麵團,我用麵包機
最後一段燒餅夾什麼吃是John的創舉


Twelve Sesame Biscuits

(a) make dough
1) put flour in bowl - All Purpose flour, 400 grams, half tsp salt
2) add boiling water and stir with chopsticks - 220 g of boiling water
3) add oil and cool water - 70 g cold water & 40 grams of salad oil
4) knead wet sticky dough.
5) let stand for 15 minutes.








(b) paste
1) put salad oil in frying pan - 60 grams of salad oil
2) add flour over medium heat - 90 grams of low-guten flour
3) mix into paste
4) let cool




(c)
1) spread dough out a large rectangular plate
2) spread paste mix on top
3) roll into a long strip
4) cut roll into 12 segments as shown
5) pinch ends of each biscuit so paste does not leak out
6) flatten out the biscuit with roller
7) fold up each end of the flattened biscuit
8) turn 90 degrees and roll flat a second time
9) fold again
5) then let stand for 15 minutes.

















(d)
1) wipe the surface of biscuit with water and sprinkle sesame seeds
2) roll flat again (see photo)
(e)
1) Preheat the oven to 200 ℃
2) place biscuts on middle gill
3) bake for about 10 minutes






(f)
After the biscuits cool & ready to eat:
Cut from the side and open like hotdog bun.
Put filling inside biscuits.



(g) fillings:
meat, vegtables, spices etc.
herb fried bean sprouts
pepper fried sauerkraut with meat
German sausage
